Request to link bank and get my PayPal account details

hello, anyone can support me with this,

I need to link my local bank with Paypal, so what if you are not getting an option of "link bank" to PayPal?, instead I get only "link card".

Second, since I registered to a PayPal account I haven't yet got where to find my PayPal account details. maybe you can help me or please give me a direct PayPal support team e-mail that is not automated and accepts and answers reply messages.

You can't add a local bank account / and rarely a debit card in your country.
You can only link a visa credit card.

Also the option to receive Paypal payments is sadly not available in Rwanda.
You can only send payments for purchases funded by your (confirmed) credit card.

Paypal varies a lot country to country and can only offer the services that the banks / governments of that country allow it to offer.
There are quite a few countries unable to receive Paypal payments.

hello, I am glad you replied.

I am afraid of losing interest in PayPal as you mentioned that receiving payments is impossible here in Rwanda. but I thought that Paypal could be used as a global transaction between clients and traders as payoneer do.  I don't know if you don't mind you can provide me with an active and direct e-mail that is used by the PayPal support team (which is not automated) so that I can exit PayPal with a solid confirmation, by the way, I am not underestimating your useful information. another thing is that, considering what you told me, am I also don't deserve to obtain my PayPal Account details. if not I think there might be a problem.

Unfortunately, I have tried those kinds of contact in the video, thus  I don't know if there might be an e-mail, WhatsApp contact, or any direct link to share this kind of situation so that I can exit PayPal within their confirmation.
