Read your post again and you will see why we don't post numbers on here.
Yours and others are auto-removed as we can't post numbers.
The reason is that scammers use forums to post fake phone numbers for banks / paypal c.s. etc to try and scam other paypal forum members that come for help.
If it was safe to post numbers then we would do.
Its the same reason paypal tell you not to google for their number but to use the one on their website, scammers post fake paypal and other companies numbers that may come up in a google search.
Advice is voluntary.
