PayPal Balance

I'm expecting a payment but nothing shows on my paypal balance, the sender confirmed that the payment was made successfully and my Paypal account is all setup and ready to receive payments, what is it seems to be the problem ?

i was expecting some more new,logged in and it said £13.74

clicked on transfer and then download to bank and it suddenly went back to home page showing 00 balance available 

I never completed all the steps to transfer to bank

wheres it gone

Oh actually i contacted paypal coustmer support and they fixed the issue they said my account wasn't ready to receive funds and the payment was rejected and now all thing is set up and good, i just need the sender to resend the payment, thank you for your help sir
