No 4-digit code in BDO (Philippines) when linking to PayPal?

I recently linked my BDO debit card to PayPal. It charged me $1.95 but they said it will be credited once I input the 4-digit code which can be found in the card activity beside the charged amount. I called the bank and said they only have a 6-digit code. I also checked in my online account but it only had 12-digit reference number! So where am I supposed to look for the 4-digit code so PayPal can return my money?? Please help!

No but I can already see the charged amount in my online bank account and there are no codes indicated beside it. And the bank representative said they only see a 6-digit code in their system.
