I am sorry to know about the trouble with Nickname and I understand this can be concerning sometimes. As per the information that you have shared, it seems like this issue might be due to a technical glitch which might be the reason why your nickname is not being applied. In this case, kindly try clearing the cache and cookies or try using a different browser or device to see if that works. Before you proceed, make sure to make sure that you're not any additional space or any special characters included in your name. However, adding a nickname is just optional.
