Need help with Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you

I want to link a U.S bank account but after typing in my routing number and account number, i was taking to a screen to add phone number but when I did, i got an error that says "Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you". Can you help me out, please?
