I face problem in adding Security CODE in linking the Credit/Debit Card..

Kindly help me to link my Paypal account  to Credit / Debit Card.

I face issue whl putting the security CODE in it . it does NOT accept.

Think it has to be a credit visa card in your country to allow for the auto withdrawal of funds.

If your trying to add a credit card or bank debit card or update it, I had problems. No code was sent nor being sent to me. After talking on customer service, they did not know why. But just got a message from PayPal that the code is the number on back of card to activate it. The same number that PayPal needs to link it to my account. Check back of card and try it.
