How to Resolve Negative Balance

Hi, I got limitation in my account. One thing that i need to resolve is negative balance because of open case/dispute. I already convert from other currency to solve this negative balance but the task is still there need to be solved. what should i do now? Thank you

ok but can't give you any further advice than the link as you have provided 0 information on why you can't resolve it. You haven't even said which country you are in?

Oh I'm sorry I'm from the Philippines, my client sent a payment through PayPal but It says that:

ok that has nothing to do with resolving a negative balance!

 

An unauthorised transaction means that an account holders Paypal account was hacked and used without their consent by your ?buyer.

If Paypal check IP addresses etc and find in favour of the account holder then of course they are reimbursed.

However you would not lose out either as long as you met ALL the requirements of seller protection, so your best bet is to go and read up on it to make sure you were covered.
