How can i change my u.s bank login to a europa bank pls

I cannot change it to link a Europe bank acount,but it is just telling me to link a u.s bank

The option to link a local bank account is not available in every country.

If you only see the option to add a U.S bank then you would only be able to link a card instead.

You can add a U.S bank account to your paypal account if you have one because paypal is a U.S company.
So it allows that option for any of its expats living abroad.
