In such a case, you will need to contact our support directly, so they can disable your financial instruments like a card or bank account. This can only happen if they have been registered to your PayPal account. Otherwise you will need to contact your bank or card issuer to get them to block unwanted payments.
Unfortunately, we cannot take any direct action on accounts or provide specific information through contacts on social media for data protection reasons.
