Card Added to another account

Hello, i tried to add my debit card to paypal and it said that its already added to another account BUT ITS NOT, i added and removed that card 20+ times on same account because im not comfortable with keeping my card on paypal, after 1week i tried to add card again but it said its added to other and i say again ITS NOT i checked already, so what is the problem and how can i fix it?

You've probably maxed out the number of times you can use that card on a paypal account if you keep adding and removing it.

Try another card now.
