Im trying to set up my bank account with paypal, its a custodial account under my mom with the Chase bank, I linked my account and tried to withdraw 5 dollars from my paypal balance and it was refunded without ever entering the account. I'm trying to connect it back and it is constantly telling me
"We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now." I'm doing this on a laptop with google chrome, and my account is a Chase First account. Please help!
