Add payment method

I had an old Paypal account, I deleted the payment card from it, then i opened a new account, but my payment card was not accepted, and I also tried more than once, what do I do and what do you think is the problem?

Did you close the account as well only you are not allowed x2 paypal accounts unless 1 is business and the other one personal.

Also in your country you need to add a credit visa as most debit cards don't work.
