When trying to link my bank U.S BANK account it keeps saying.this account needs a little help to link it contact us.Have contacted the customer service but no improvement. please what should I do?

Is it a bank account opened on U.S soil?

Only Paypal does not support virtual / digital accounts like Payonneer or Wise or USD currency accounts.
