Account status, current account, savings account

Hi! I do not have a current account. It's a savings account. But in PayPal, it shows my account type to be a current account. Anybody faced this before? Kindly do help.

I understand that the bank account type is showing as "Current" instead of "Savings" on your PayPal account. It could possibly be due to the incorrect account type you entered while linking the account. I recommend you remove the bank account and then add it again using the correct credentials and account type you have.

Hi, I don't think PayPal asks it's users to enter the account type while linking a bank account. It only asked me the IFSC code and the bank account number. That's all!

I'm sorry to hear about the incorrect classification of your bank. Please contact Customer Service for assistance in changing the bank type. Click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website to see your contact options.
