4 digit code !!!

Waited for a few MONTH and I still DON'T get any charge from Pay-Pal with or without a 4 digit code !!!

Would help if you said what you are trying to do?

Are you adding bank account or card?

Give some info on country of both and if they are in your name and billing address matches your paypal account address?

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some difficulty confirming your card. I can certainly understand how frustrating that must be. Since you're in Israel, you'll normally want to look for a charge of 8.00 ILS on the card you're trying to confirm. It should show up 1-3 business days after PayPal initiated the charge. 

 

The code will be shown as PayPal*1234 CODE or PP*1234 CODE in the transaction's description on your card statement or recent activity. Your specific code will be in place of the 1234.

Here's a bit more detail on where to find the PayPal code on your card statement, as well as How to reach our Customer Support teams if you run into any more road-blocks along the way.

Hi, thanks for your reply.
I know where to find the PayPal Code but i never got the 8 ILS charge and 4 digit CODE.
Isn't it possible to RESEND the charge and code ?

Hi @avig56, that's a great question. Yes, if you were to reach out to our Customer Support teams, they can resend the 8 ILS charge with another 4 digit code. I might recommend reaching out to our support via Social Media, this is normally something they can get into the right hands pretty quickly when contacting them. When you've completed the confirmation process, the 8 ILS transactions you've been charged will be refunded.
