transfer money linked card problem

i have a problem with linking card.

Mastercard is in question.

when i go trough transfer money, link card, and it say it is success ..when i go next  it says connect card or bank...

does any one have a clue what is wrong?

In some countries it has to be a credit visa, could that be the issue in Serbia?
