"We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later" I got this error message while applying for visa card linking from Bangladesh. How I can fix it?
Paypal is not supported or available in Bangladesh which is presumably why you are using a Paraguay country registered Paypal account.
That will not work for you and would soon be limited as its against Paypal rules to use another countries Paypal account to bypass a ban in your own country.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
