I can't buy anything from my paypal account for 3 months now. Because always comes the message that I need to add a bank account.

Did you confirm the bank after adding it?

Is it a local bank and not an online/virtual account?

Have you added it to any accounts before?

Is the name on your bank account the same as the name on your paypal account?
