negative invoice , balance is zero ?!

I have negative invoice in my activity, dose that means that I have to pay it ? And when will be deleted? Btw my balance not in negative , it is zero

If you didn't have any transactions, your monthly statement will be zero. There is nothing to pay. If you are using a Merchant account, PayPal usually charges you separately for the monthly fee which has to be tied to a credit card or bank account. PayPal doesn't take risks, only users of their platform do.

But it tells me ( invoice received pending, -9.99$ Pay) so I have to pay or I can just ignore it because the is no option to delete the invoice by me and when it will be gone ? I m sorry, I’m new to PayPal
