need help trying to link my bank account

the other day i received a suspicious email that i thought was from paypal i sent it to spoofing and phishing as well as talking to my bank and paypal i thought it was resolved but i can not link my bank account v i spoke to some one on your chat and they said asecurity issues a nd i also spoike to the bank . the bank says there are no holds on my account for paypal but some thing is wrong with one or both cause every time i try to link my bank says wit 24 hours Since yesterday. All i am trying to do is link my bank so i can pay my paypal on line. and now i can not do anything . I have changed passwords on both paypal and the bank just to be safe what do i do please help

As per the information that you have shared please be advised that sometimes, our system automatically detects and stops certain actions than the usual activities and this is a part of account security. The risk may trigger again and again when you attempt to take the same action simultaneously. In this case, I would request you try adding the bank at a later time. Meanwhile, do not initiate any changes in your account. Also, you can try adding a different bank account to see if this works. Kindly make sure you are logging from a secure location and avoid using any VPNs or Proxy Servers. If the issue still persists, kindly check the Resolution Center to see if there are any notifications about your account status and the unresolved steps if found.
