my paypal balance account does not show on my paypal page

Hi, when I access my PayPal account website page, the Paypal balance shows 0.00 however, I have a small amount of money in my account and it has to show up on my Paypal page. please check from your side if everything is ok because when I tried to put my Paypal email address on another website for them to make my payment it says my amount should exceed 10 Euro in order for them to accept it.

Also, I would like to know whether my Paypal account is international and accepts all kinds of currencies even Euro, pounds ext. looking forward to hearing from you. thank you

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear there's some confusion regarding your balance. Have you checked your Wallet? Normally that will present you with any balances you may have in your PayPal account including other currencies. Here's a Help Center article on How to convert your balance to another currency if you need it.

If you'd like to accept other currencies, you would normally need to Add the currency to your PayPal account first. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Support teams if you run into any issues along the way.
