my linked BPI bank account is still on checking for a couple of days now, and I don't know what to do to confirm it. I can't find a job online if Paypal won't vefiry my bank accounts.

Don't understand what you mean, if it says CHECKING it means you have added a CHECKING account ie an account that issues checks !!
