i tried to confirm my card and i also received the message from bank and amount was also charged but i do not see any 4 digit code in message to provide paypal card confirmation system

The 4-digit code is found in your card account activity history that will have the temporary charge listed, not on the message from your bank.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
