how to link my BDO Savings account to my paypal account as whenever I enter my details, it goes thru as checking account & I also can't link my debit account, only option is credit card.

When adding a bank account to PayPal, only checking accounts are permitted, and the bank account details you enter will refer to a Checking account for this reason. Please add your debit card in the credit card section on your PayPal account. The system will detect it is a debit card, and it will not be marked as a credit card.
