having trouble adding BNZ account to paypal

hi, I'm having trouble to connect to my bnz bank account. I keep getting the error message asking me to check the account number.

help me please... thank you

Use your -dash after suffix00 ex. Bank acc 12-3456-7891011-12

1.) 123456 (nospace)

2.) 7891011(-dash) suffix12
