Hi everyone... hoping someone can help me please.

Paypal asked me to add a bank account I am now unable to confirm my bank details with the micro transaction details and my Paypal account is locked.  I cannot generate the micro transactions again and have no record of these being put in my account.

Paypal sent a msg saying to go to the Resolution Centre to remove the restriction on my transaction limit but there are no open cases on the Resolution Centre.

So I'm stuck and don't know how to remove the restriction or to confirm my bank account.

If anyone able to help me solve this please?

thank you

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
