Why is the "Link Bank" button not appearing on my PayPal account?

I recently had my first transaction "hold", and now I'm experiencing another issue with my account. Specifically, I'm unable to find the "Link Bank" button to add my bank account information to my PayPal account.
I've already checked that I haven't already linked a bank account. My account is fully verified, but I'm still unable to see the button.
This has been the worst service experience I've had with PayPal so far.

Sorry to hear that you're not able to link your bank account. Usually, you can find the link bank option in the wallet page of your PayPal account. Might be a technical glitch that the option is not reflecting. Please try clearing cache/cookies and also try using a different browser or device to see if this works. It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
