I'm sorry to hear you have a missing reward. If the reward was a PayPal Voucher, they do have expiration dates. You could review the expiration date if you can locate your original email when the Voucher was issued. Your reward may also have been applied towards a recent payment. You can download a statement of your recent transactions if you're unsure. If needed, you can reach Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. Support is also available through Facebook Private Message or Twitter Direct Message.
