Trouble linking bank account, how do I fix it?

I previously unlinked my account because it wasn't letting me make purchases and now it won't let me relink it

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty in re linking bank to your PayPal account. Please contact Customer Service for assistance in adding the bank to your account. To see your contact options, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.

You can also check this for most common reasons.
