"This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method." is the error shown when I try to link my prepaid debit card but i already removed my card from another debit card. how long do i have to wait for me to add it to another card again?

Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?
