Small deposits not showing for linking bank account

Hello, paypal is telling me that a couple of weeks ago they made a small deposit to link my bank but I don't see anything.

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. 

I do understand your concern. Typically, the small deposits take 2-5 business days to show up in your bank. If you cannot see anything on your online banking, I would suggest you request a paper statement from your bank. Sometimes, they will only show there. 

If you still cannot locate the deposits, I would suggest you initiate them again and then contact your bank. They should be able to provide you with the amount of the deposits if you cannot see them. For more information, please visit the Help Center.

I solved the problem. I hadn't accepted the first window that pops up that allows me to link my bank, some kind of legal info. After doing that, and then doing the small deposits thing again, they finally appeared.
