It sounds like you're having trouble adding a bank, and I'm sorry to hear that. I recommend clearing your cache and cookies, trying a different web browser, or even the PayPal Mobile App. If you still can't add the bank, you may want to contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal webpage. You can also reach Support by sending a Direct Message on Twitter or a Private Message on Facebook.
