Hi, I'm a first-time user of Paypal and keep receiving errors when trying to add my visa card. I've had errors including "Invalid data provided." and "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later." I have checked my details over and over and have attempted to add my card multiple times but I keep getting errors. I have also tried waiting till the next day. I checked the community posts about similar issues and I can confirm my bank account is not disabled, I have accepted the card through my banking app and I have tried clearing the cookies and cache on the website. I have also tried downloading the app and trying from there but I am met with the same issue. Please help!

In that case clear cache/history, don't try and add it again for 72 hours and/or try another browser or device.
if that doesn't work contact customer services to add it for you?

As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

ok is it a physical card and not a virtual/digital card?
does the billing address of the card match your paypal account address?
have you got it linked to any other account?
have you linked/removed it x3 times already from any account?
do you have funds on it to enable the confirmation process?

It is a physical card.
Yes, I have made sure it matched.
It isn't linked to any other account as this is my first time using PayPal.
I have removed it once to try and re-add it when trying to resolve the issue as it was still happening. This is also where I was accepting the card in my bank app but PayPal continued to tell me it couldn't verify the card despite me accepting it.
Yes, I do have funds on the card.
