PayPal error (13122)

Hi, I am trying to set paying method but i get PayPal error (13122):
An error (13122) occurred while processing your PayPal payment.
Please contact the store owner for assistance.
How can I solve this problem ?
I contacted customer support team and they helped me activate receiving payment. They were very helpful indeed

I appreciate your help but I think all I needed to do is to contact the help center to give me permission to accept money. 

They helped me and solved the problem in no time, they were very helpful.
