PayPal and cryptocurrency p2p arbitrage

Hello, I'm interested in cryptocurrency p2p arbitrage. Is it legal to receive money on my PayPal account from different people for a cryptocurrency trade (amounts from several dollars to thousands dollars) and then send it to my other bank accounts and/or withdraw it cash from PayPal debit card? Will PayPal block my account for that?
