Can you link bank cards from a different country you open your PayPal account

You can link a card or bank as long as the address to which it is registered matches the address in your PayPal account, which must be in the country of registration. If you have moved to a different country than the one in which your PayPal account is registered, you should close your account and open a new one in the new country.
