My cart is linked to another PayPal account - But I did not link it

Hi,

I got the message -This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method.

But I did not linked it. Please inform me, who linked my card or delete it from stranger account.

I do understand your concern with this. If you are receiving this error message, it would mean your card is currently or previously linked to another PayPal account. It is possible that it was previously linked to an old account belonged to you, or it is linked to a friend or family member.
