Can I buy Mastercard Gift Cards at Walmart and put the funds into my Paypal wallet to purchase items on Ebay, or do I need to have an actual credit card?
I buy Amazon gift cards and add the to my account and then shop on Amazon, I was hoping I could do the same with a Mastercard gift card to accumulate money on my Paypal account to shop on Ebay. Is that possible?
