Linking a non-US (Philippine) bank account

How do you link a non-US (Philippine) Bank account to paypal?  The page says US bank and no other option, did I miss anything?

Update: I discovered that you can't link your bank account if it's in a region/country other than the region/country where you created your Paypal.

I created a new Philippine paypal account then managed to successfully link it to a Philippine bank.

Don't think you have the option to link a local bank in your country.

You can however add a U.S bank account (not card) to 'most' other countries paypal accounts. This is because paypal is a U.S company and so allows this. The service is for its ex-pats who may be living abroad but still have a U.S bank account from their own country.

Secondly you have a U.S paypal business account so do you live in the U.S and have a U.S business?
