How do you link a non-US (Philippine) Bank account to paypal? The page says US bank and no other option, did I miss anything? Update: I discovered that you can't link your bank account if it's in a region/country other than the region/country where you created your Paypal. I created a new Philippine paypal account then managed to successfully link it to a Philippine bank.
