I have a problem when I link my debit card,I receive a message: - This card is linked to another paypal account.Earlier I used another PayPay account,it's truth,but I already closed him,and before I deleted my debit card.Now I want to link my card to new PayPal account,but I can not.Pleace,can you help me to solve the problem?Thank's!
Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?
