Link to bank account

How can I link my Sierra Leone bank account to my PayPal account? I have accounts with Ecobank, Guaranty Trust Bank and the Sierra Leone Commercial Bank.

You can't add a local bank account / debit card in your country.
You can only link a visa credit card.

Also the option to receive Paypal payments is sadly not available in Sierra Leone.
You can only send payments for purchases funded by your (confirmed) credit card.

Paypal varies a lot country to country and can only offer the services that the banks / governments of that country allow it to offer.
There are quite a few countries unable to receive Paypal payments.

Hello, 

how i can link to my account  NOT US bank? in my profile ask only US bank.

HOW people around the world use this paypal?? impossible only US bank acception.

also i cannot change TimeZone, there only one choice- Pacific.

i am in Tbilisi and have local account bank, they accepted that work with paypal.

Normally you can add a local bank account to a Paypal account but that option is not available in every country so you would have to use the 'add a card' option instead.

However Paypal allows a U.S bank account to be added to most countries Paypal accounts as Paypal is a U.S company. This is for the convenience of their citizens working or living abroad.
