It’s been a 7 days now. When I contacted then on day 3 they said it’s been escalated. I was told sue to a high call volume there’s delays but they won’t tell me how long this delay could be. I’m scared since there’s all these horror stories about it taking weeks. If I knew the thing that would trigger them to ask for ID verification was buying Bitcoin thru their crypto service I never would have done it. Of course they locked my account after purchase, not before. So that money is being held hostage. Weird part is I already posted my ID not too long ago and I just wish they gave a heads up about how long this process actually takes. 48 hours, fine, possible weeks? Just don’t sell the crypto before verification. So ladies and gents, if you’ve been thru this already how long did it take until you were finally able to access your hard earned money?
