I closed an account and forgot to remove the card from that account

Hello. I created a PayPal account with the wrong email adress, i added a debit card, and i realised i used the wrong email, be, so i closed the account an created a new one, but i forgot to remove the card so now i can't add that card to this account. I cant acces the first email adress, thats why i closed the account

Why didn't you just add a new email address to the old account and then mark it primary and remove the incorrect one?

You can have up to 8 email addresses on the one paypal account.

As you closed it without removing the card then only customer services can remove it for you unfortunately.
