How can I get my account working again?

Last week I changed bank accounts. Since then my account isn't receiving or sending money. I have tried numerous times to remove my old card as it has been destroyed. When I go to "remove card" I get an error message saying that can't be done right now. I have linked my new bank account and have made that my preference for transactions. When I try to make a payment, it's trying to come out of my old account which doesn't exist anymore. I am going around in circles. I have tried to use the message function but didn't get any answers to fix the issue.

Why not trying leaving it for 72 hours and then trying to remove the card again?

Also did you confirm the bank after adding it? If not it may try the old bank?

If still issues then...........
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
