Havent received any payments from paypal while verifying the bank account.

I added 2 bank accounts, it says both of them received 2 payments from Paypal, I havent. I have the statement with me and it says no as well. Have tried removing and adding the bank, nothing works. Kotak bank and yesbank accounts to be precise.

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues receiving payments through PayPal and confirming your bank. It sounds like the two issues are not linked, so I'll be happy to provide assistance on them both. 

 

Normally, you do not want to remove your banks when you're in the process of confirming them. When you re-add your bank account information to PayPal, it sends another 2 random deposits for you to confirm, and the first two deposit amounts will no longer be valid. If it takes longer than 5-7 business days to receive the deposits, please contact your bank to see if they've received them.
