Hi, I tried to use my Gcash American Express to verify my account, but it was declined by Paypal, so I remove my Gcash Amex and suddenly Paypal gives me a temporary account limitation. As per Paypal, I must provide a card statement of the card I was trying to link on my Paypal account but the card issuer which is Gcash does not provide the said card statement. How can I fix this? Does anyone of you have the same problem as me?
