Good Team PayPal, please I am unable to add my USA bank account to my PayPal. what should I do?

Is it a physical bank and the account opened on U.S soil?
Only Paypal does not support virtual / digital U.S banks like Wise or Payoneer or USD currency accounts.
MY BANK NAME IS,
WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. CAN IT WORK?
