I was trying to put money into my PayPal wallet. PayPal says I must enter the sort code, account no., and customer reference exactly as stated on PayPal’s Web site. I entered the customer reference exatly as provided by PayPal on my e-banking Web site, but my bank won’t let me proceed, saying it doesn’t contain 4 digits (while the one provided by PayPal only contains 3 digits). Is anyone facing the same problem here?
